Instructor Development Course
Our famous 1 on 1 (well 1 on 2 actually!), instructor programme with your very own Course Director and IDC Staff Instructor. The IDC programme runs over 9 days and includes Instructor Development Course, and First Aid Instructor Course. This programme can be scheduled at any time and dates to suit the customer.
Prior to the IDC training, and Post IE, instructor candidates are encouraged to work with our extremely experienced instructor team, as an intern gaining experience leading up to the IDC, and once certified as an instructor, to gain valuable team teaching experience.
