A PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Centre and TDI Training Facility, Tech Dive Academy boast a state of the art Nitrox Blending Station, and is the only Enriched Air Nitrox and Trimix Training Centre in Tropical North Queensland.
We use the latest technology in our modern Classroom. Our up to date teaching material are original and the latest PADI and TDI.
PADI courses are held in English, however we can offer multi
lingual student manuals and videos to assist our students
in their learning.
In March 2006, Discover Dive School – Port Douglas longest
standing dive school - merged with Tech Dive Academy. We have
recently relocated to our Wharf Street location, right in
front of the marina of Port Douglas.
Our training facility is equipped with a state of the art projector system and a multi-media classroom facility….no more fuzzy videos! It is designed with student comfort in mind and is air-conditioned for the hot summer months.
