That's right simply by entering you're in the draw to win a Dive Computer - currently on display at the office (hands off!). But as the saying goes, "but wait, there's more". Entries will also be judged by our 'panel of experts' in the following categories with prizes being awarded in each category.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Tech Dive Academy (TDA) holds the right; To refuse any entry; Change competition opening and closing dates; Remove any unnecessary comments on entrants photos/albums whether posted via email or facebook; Delete an entrant from the entry album where any hint unethical behaviour is obvious; Alter submitted images by either colour correction or general tidying up. As a condition of entry all photos are owned by TDA and can be used by TDA for any purpose. The sender of an image is automatically assumed the entrants name unless otherwise stated in the email. It is advised that the entrant should notify the photographer of their picture entering in a competition. Participation in this Competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Promotion is open to anyone, except employees, officers and immediate families of officers and employees of TDA. The competition period is from October 2011 to February 2012 (“Competition Period”). By entering this Promotion, each entrant consents to their entry (including but not limited to their name and their Photograph) being used in any feature created by TDA. TDA is entitled to use any such feature for any purposes at its discretion, including for any future promotion, marketing and publicity purposes in any form of media. TDA reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, proof of age) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by TDA to enforce any of its rights at any time does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Entries that are incomplete, indecipherable, illegible, or do not comply with these Terms and Conditions are invalid. Prize Value is correct at 27/9/11 as listed on Oceanic Australia Website. Prizes, or any unused portion of the prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. If this Competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of TDA, TDA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Competition, as appropriate. Where the prize is awarded in the form of a gift card/voucher/letter, TDA will not be liable for any gift card/voucher /letter that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way. Redemption of the gift card/voucher/letter is subject to the terms and conditions specifed on the voucher/gift card /letter. All entries and Photographs submitted become the property of Oceanic. Entries, including hard and soft copies of the Photographs, will not be returned to any entrant. By entering the Competition each entrant warrants to TDA that each entry submitted (including but not limited to Photographs) is an original artistic work of the entrant which does not infringe the rights of any third party. The entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter, TDA, their related entities and their officers, employees and agents, against all claims and costs by third parties arising from a breach of the warranty set out in this condition. The entrant grants to the Promoter, and their related entities an irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish any of the entries (including but not limited to the Photographs), for any purpose at their discretion and in any manner and/or medium, to alter the Photographs without restriction and to retain all copyright in the Photographs, including (but not limited to) for any future promotion, marketing and publicity purposes. By entering the Competition, the entrant consents to receipt of any email regarding the competition. The personal details of entrants may be stored in hard and/or soft copy format at the offices of the Promoter, TDA or their related entities unless the entrant requests for their information to be deleted or destroyed. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the party communicating with the entrant.
