We use 'Poseidon' - a high cruising speed, luxury catamaran, that takes you to the VERY OUTER EDGE of the Great Barrier Reef to superb, completely unspoilt reefs on the Agincourt Ribbon Reefs.
Our students enjoy up to 3 QUALITY DIVES in the one day at 3 DIFFERENT SITES which are chosen each day according to tidal and weather conditions.
The crystal-clear waters, beautiful and incredible fish-life found at the AGINCOURT RIBBON REEFS, 70km North East of Port Douglas, enable us to offer the best possible day boat diving to all our students.
Cruising out across the Coral Sea to spend a day on the Great Barrier Reef is a holiday highlight for every visitor and Poseidon caters for Snorkellers, Introductory & Certified Scuba Divers. Let us organize for your friends and family to be spoilt out on the reef while you complete your diving course. Poseidon departs daily at 8.30am and returns at 4.30pm.
On Poseidon there is a daily Reef interpretation talk by
a Marine Biologist, easy access to the water via an 8m wide
level duckboard, a spacious air conditioned bar/saloon area,
large sun & covered deck areas, a superb tropical buffet
lunch, morning & afternoon tea.
