Adam Pantlin is co-owner of Tech Dive Academy and Director of Operations.

Born in NSW, Adam grew up in various places throughout eastern Australia before finally settling in Melbourne in his early 20's. An avid sportsperson, he played state league volleyball, tennis, cricket, basketball, golf and indoor soccer.

During his time in Melbourne, Adam also indulged his passion for music. Playing in various bands, Adam eventually achieved a level of success as lead guitarist in the band Mightyboy. With tours, radio and TV appearances and a string of big gigs at famous Melbourne venues, Adam became an accomplished performer and enjoyed the rock and roll lifestyle!

Finally having had enough of the rock and roll life, Adam decided to try scuba diving. Learning to dive in the depths of a chilly Melbourne winter (the water was a balmy 9 degrees), didn't dampen his enthusiasm and he quickly decided that diving was his new calling. After rescuing a panicked diver, Adam decided that progressing to the professional ranks of diving was where he wanted to head.

Having been tutored by some of the finest diving professionals in Australia, Adam sets his standards high and is constantly looking to improve his skills.

Adam is thankful to Chrissy for allowing him to give up his cushy government job and live the dream of owning a dive shop in a tropical paradise!

His favourite past times are spending time with Chrissy, travelling the world, spending time with his family and getting away from civilisation..
